The information on this website, including the menu, prices, photos and timings, is given in good faith and may change without notice. Prices on the menu are as at the date shown and taxes and charges may apply on the bill. Photos are for illustration.
2. Bookings and catering enquiries
Table requests and catering enquiries sent through WhatsApp, phone or this website are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we confirm them to you.
3. Swagramam rewards
- ₹1 spent = 1 point.
- Earn up to 20000 points on every purchase.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on the same day as the purchase made.
- Rewards are redeemable in-store only.
- Points are issued on the subtotal amount (before tax and charges).
- The merchant reserves the right to final say.
Rewards have no cash value and are linked to the mobile number shared at billing. We may correct points added by mistake, and may refuse or withdraw points in cases of misuse. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Our content
The Swagramam name, logo, photos, text and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
