This policy explains what personal information Swagramam collects, why, and the choices you have. Swagramam is operated by RR FRESH FOODS (trade name SWAGRAMAM), Vijayawada.
1. What we collect
- At the restaurant: your name and mobile number if you choose to join our rewards program at billing, and the bill subtotal so points can be added.
- When you contact us: the details you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email (orders@swagramam.in) (for example a table booking or a catering enquiry: name, date, number of guests).
- On this website: we do not ask you to create an account. Your browser stores one small setting on your device so the welcome intro is not repeated during a visit. Our pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and, if you accept cookies, use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used (no names or phone numbers are sent to it). Our Instagram feed, when shown, is loaded from the feed provider and Instagram.
2. How we use it
- To add points, track your rewards balance and apply rewards at billing.
- To send messages about your points and rewards by WhatsApp or SMS, and occasional offers, if you have agreed to receive them.
- To answer bookings and catering enquiries, and to improve our service.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is handled only by the service providers we use to run the program and messages (our billing and loyalty software, and messaging providers such as WhatsApp from Meta), who may process it on our behalf. We may disclose it where the law requires.
4. How long we keep it
We keep rewards details for as long as your membership is active and as needed for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
5. Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable law.
- You can stop receiving messages at any time: reply STOP to a message, or tell us at the restaurant or by phone.
- Joining the rewards program is optional. You can dine with us without sharing your number.
6. Security and children
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit access to the people who need it. Our rewards program is meant for adults; please do not share a child's details.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
